We approach lighting with two primary tests: lighting intensity measurement (in PAR) for veg and flowering and balanced lighting spectrum for veg and flowering.

As an industry best practice, the following targets are the PAR levels for healthy plant growth:

200-400 PPFD     for seedling and cloning stage
